Eric Whitaker practices in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation in the firm’s Jacksonville office. He is a skilled advocate and experienced litigator who brings a creative and results-oriented perspective to all of his clients. Prior to joining Bishop & Mills, Eric worked for a large nationwide firm specializing in personal injury, construction, and general casualty-related matters. Before practicing law, Eric helped run a small business supplying hangar equipment for the aviation industry.
A native of the Florida Panhandle, Eric earned his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Florida State University. Eric is admitted to practice in all Florida Courts, as well as the Federal Middle District of Florida.
